  1. Preheat oven 375° F.
  2. Layer pizza crust with cheese slices, then turkey slices.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes or until crust is crispy.
  4. In sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Sauté peppers and onions until soft, about 3–5 minutes; add eggs and cook to scramble.
  6. Pour egg mixture over cooked pizza.
  7. Season with salt and pepper; slice and serve.
