Ingredients
- 2 Gluten Free brown rice wraps
- 1 slice Boar’s Head Jerk Turkey Breast, sliced 1/4" thick, diced
- 1/2 cup (3.5 ounces) Boar’s Head 3 Pepper Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
- 2 large Eggs
- Nonstick cooking spray
Directions
- Spray sauté pan with cooking spray.
- Heat turkey over medium heat until warm.
- Set aside turkey.
- Scramble eggs in the same pan.
- Warm the wraps in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Split the eggs, turkey and cheese in half and layer on each wrap.
- Roll up wraps and serve.
